A friend of mine asked me to find out she heard there is someone in Boro Park that has very good cell phone plans. Does anyone know anything about this?

What is his info if you know who or what I'm referring to.

there is the 40$ unlimited plan advertized in most cell phone stores. its a prepaid plan thogh u got to pay beforhand so it should work.
