Aren't little kids supposed to only have 20 baby teeth (10 on top and bottom).
My 5 yr had her far back bottom teeth capped with a silver filling becuase she had cavities.
Tonight she's complaining that the back of her teeth hurt and lo and behold, she had back molars growing in, (would be #11 and #12 on the bottom).
is that typical, or do they just grow in usually after you baby teeth fall out?
