Shalva Rosenbloom. I don't know what she charges, because she did my makeup as a favor..but what a beautiful job!!! And she's such a wonderful pleasant person too.

Does she do makeup instruction and if yes, is she good at it, and does she use and sell her own brand, or does she use all brands?
