For all of these areas, could you please specify
1. what type of crowd lives there (any red-flag points like video-viewing/showing type/trendy/rich/close-minded/very young/very old etc. would be greatly appreciated)
2. proximity to food shopping by foot
3. infrastructure or lack thereof (shopping, playgrounds, playgroups, mikveh)

Westgate is very nice. There is a beautiful mikvah, brand new shul , lovely crowd. Its own shopping center (grocery, pizza, ice cr store, pharmacy, hosiery, pharmacy, hardware, cleaners,seforim,Yossis restaurant) . But its mostly very Yeshivish...

The pple I know in WG are all yeshivish, the only person I know in Regency is ritzy and her kids watch DVDs, only mentioning that bec. you asked. I don't know anything about Chesterfield or WO.
