I have a pack of minute steak. Looking for a marinated type of recipe that I can bake. Anyone?

I have a really easy, delicious recipe for minute steak on the stovetop. It comes out soft as butter.
Slice 1 onion, sautee
put in minute steaks and season with a little garlic powder and soy sauce
keep turning it over until both sides are brown. Turn the flame to low, cover it and let it sit for 1.5-2 hours.
Its yum!!

Thank you |
Glad it worked out! Did it come out soft when you baked it? I like the stovetop method because the meat comes out really soft and delicious.
