Turns out the yeast wasnt good. Its the kind that gets mixed in with the flour. I tried proofing some after I realized the dough wasnt rising-too late, but at least I know the cause.
Anyway, does anyone have any idea what I can do with it-besides throw it out of course ?

Pizza? Needs a bread dough but doesn't really need to rise... Can't guarantee it'll work but that's probably what I'd do

I've had this problem from time to time with a recipe that normally turns out amazing. Was told it has to do with the humidity in the kitchen. Good luck!
