Things I never thought I'd need to say...

Lately I find myself saying things I never thought I'd need to say - Like "No drinking water from the toilet bowl!" or "The rule in our house is: If you eat like a dog then you don't get any more food."

What have you said lately that you never thought you'd need to say?

"If you have to touch your [other word for p*nis], do it in the bathroom" (poor kid has eczema in a really bad place"
"No, you can't have medicine when you're not feeling well" (He wanted to take his good tasting chewable meds instead of his inhaler.)

(When they were younger): Leave the baby alone. She's a person, not a dolly!

And I forgot:
Yes, Mummy is allowed to sit down and eat, because Mummy is also a person!
(And I still remember ds, then about 6, saying, "Right Mummy you're eating now because you're a person?!")

where are your pants? you have to wear pants.

where is your under wear you have to wear underwear

everyone can be a princess if they want to be.

if I hear the b word - barbie- or the p word - princess- you have to go to your room

they don't stop teasing each other your not a pretty princess, its my barbie.

Zigi no you're not I found my kid sleeping naked for the last few nights, he undresses himself in middle of the night (he's 4) - I think all of us have to have one kid that hates clothes!

"If you feel you have to fart, go to the toilet." I'm sure you can figure out why. It's happened too many times. I told him no birthday party this year, if by the time it comes around it smells around him. He also doesn't wipe well, no matter how many times I tell him how.
