I found this and copied it I think from here a while ago, I don't know who posted it.
I tried it Sukkos, It was a bit on the sweet/rich side for my family's taste, but maybe it was because we didn't use the right brand of lemon filling and I had a hard time measuring the fluff.
Lemon Freeze pie
1 container pareve dessert whip
1 can lemon pie filling
8 oz. marshmallow fluff
1 Graham cracker pie shell
Beat Dessert whip using a mixer.
Add pie filling and mix well.
Add marshmallow fluff and continue to mix.
Pour into pie shell. Freeze

Lemon-strawberry freeze
Strawberry mixture:
1 bag frozen strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
2 eggs
small whip - not whipped
Blend all ingredients. Pour in 9x13 pan. Freeze
Lemon mixture:
small whip
1 cup sugar (personally I find that 1/2 cup sugar is enough because I like it a little sour)
2/3 cup lemon juice (real-squeezed from lemons)
4 eggs
Whip up the whip. Add rest of ingredients. Pour over frozen strawberry mixture and freeze.
edited to add that the comments in brackets are not part of the original recipe, just my opinion.
It was fantastic. the lemon was creamy like ice cream and strawberry was more icy

would the strawberry layer be softer if we did whip the topping?

Possibly. But what I like about this dessert is that it's sort of like creamcicles - the strawberry layer is more like ices, and the lemon layer is creamy.

I am sure it would be but then its more like a 2layer ice cream recipe. the pink would also be lighter coloured.
I think it would also be delicious to serve the lemon part by itself, sliced or scooped with a strawberry sauce poured over.
by the way, I only copied out the recipe but it originally came from c.c cookie (I think), so all the credit goes to her!

Or rather to the person I got the recipe from originally, at least 5 years ago...

What size bag frozen strawberries??I don't like whole strawberries. Can I pulse them in my food processor first? Also anyone make this with bottled not fresh squeezed lemon juice?

Havent tried it yet, but a bag of frozen strawberries would be 1 lb. And lemon juice from a bottle would work too. No reason for it not to.
Gonna make it for yom tov too.

I made it once with lemon juice and it didn't taste as good as with fresh lemon.( like a bitter chemical taste)

The strawberries are not supposed to be whole - you blend all the ingredients.
