I am looking for a place that makes or sells real copper tzedaka boxes. It has to be made from pure copper and nothing more added.

And of course needs to be in Jerusalem.

Maybe go into the shuk in Meah Shearim. I know you can get a blech custom made for you, maybe there is a copper store too.
