I grew up with Osem, as a constant reminder that my mother is Israeli and in those days, we could get very little else in the store from Israel. so I can't avoid it, it's part of my heritage....

As I was walking this morning I thought of the poll I should have set up. Do you feel avoiding this stuff makes you healthier? A better person?

I am kind of surprised that no one focused on the spiritual aspect of taking care of the holy vessels we call our bodies.

I love Osem, use it in almost every thing:

Gravy
couscous broth
stuffing
etc.

The one place I DON'T use it is in chicken soup (or any other kind of soup). Soup is holy...
