My son was born with complete syndactyly on one hand - all fingers are fused toghether and webbing between thumb and pointer
He was operated already 4 times. the last one 6 years
he's now 12 years and it still is very small compared to the other one

My niece had two fingers effected with synadactally, not just the webbing but the bone as well to the bottom joint. B"H surgery went well but she still doesn't have quite normal function and she can move them now in ways that most people can't move their fingers.
What country are you located in? My SIL was very happy with my nieces surgeon.
