I'm this amother.
I tried the diet with my second pregnancy. Cut down drastically on white sugar and white flour (and potatoes, etc). Didn't help. Assuming babies gain about half a pound a week that that point, ds2 was born two weeks earlier than his brother, and was less than a pound lighter. |
I hear that. b'h it worked for me. I also exceriszed a lot more. Plus I was 4 weeks earlier with my 8lb then 11 lb. So that probably had something to do with it. But I did take rasberry red leaf tea and evening primrose oil to help me try not to go overdue. I don't know if that helped easier.

#1 6'13 2 wks early
#2 6'11 1 wk early
#3 5'15 2 wks early, was on a diet (but now at 12 she's my biggest!)
#4 8'8 5 days late
#5 7'2 2 wks early
#6 7'11 12 days early
I'm glad I gave birth early most of the time as they were good size, if I went to full term they would've been huge!!!

ds#1 6.5, 8 days early
ds#2 6.8, 10 days early
maybe also include day born & labor length
ds#1 - went in Friday night 2:00am, delivered 4:58am
ds#2 - went in Friday night after mincha, (sat down in hospital lobby at the door, couldn't walk anymore) baby delivered 20 minutes after arrived to the hospital (doctor didn't have time to change)
will find out when the time will come if 3rd child will also be born on shabbos !!!
