I am dealing with this the past few days, I feel bad when my kids please can I eat something and I say no I'm sorry, you can't have cereal now. you can have a drink or an ice pop. I feel bad denying them food, but hey they did just upchuck their breakfast so I know I'm doing the right thing but its hard
