I just bought one of these bottles and my kids love it... but the ingredients sounds like it has more junk then good stuff... should I continue giving it? and also the fish oil gummies that the grocery sells... cant decide if it's just plain old junk...

They probably are a bit junky but one a day ain't so bad. My son thought it was candy the first day and ate like ten pieces till I caught him.

My daughter loves them, she begs me for them every day, I give her the vitamin and omega 3 one. I figured-the best is- it is actually healthy, the worst - it doesnt hurt, better than giving her candy
