As a general rule my kids rarely visit classmates but on the occasion that they do I do my homework to make sure I'm comfortable with him or her being there. This is regardless of which school I have kids in since there are many factors that matter so it,s not a black and white answer however as of yet I ve never had a situation where I wouldn't let my son visit a particular friend so if this somehow helps....

I echo the previous amother.

I always make sure to do some homework on the family my kids visit. No matter which yeshiva your kids will end up in, this will remain so. However, I never had an issue either with any of my sons classmates...

I do believe, you will be hard pressed to find any Mosholu parent not happy with the cheder. We for one, are extremely happy as are the others I ever spoke to.....

bump. If we come from a heimish background but are not particularly chasidish (I dress like Bais Yaakov, longish sheitel, pink nail polish, occasional dark classy denim skirt. Dh dresses with colored shirts, t-shirts and sweaters). I let my son watch occasional educational stuff and a lot of reading English books (still very young). Would we fit in? My husband like's the heimishkeit and Ohr Shraga may not be frum enough, but we are not chassidish enough to get into a place like Chasan Sofer.

Mosholu is definitely more chassidish than Chsan Sofer.

If you're not Chassidish enough for CS, then Mosholu should be out of the question. CS is considered an in-between while Mosholu is considered independent heimish/Chassidish. Definitely more Chassidish than CS.

Bump

Sorry for bumping it up but curious about this school.
What ages does the nursery accept?
Where in bp is it? Did anything change since (rules, student types etc)? How much is it to send one child there?
Thanks
