I recently wrote a bunch of thank you notes from my son's upsherin. The stack got wet with a liquidy soap and dried looking crinkly (like it got wet) and smelling really nice! Should I send them or rewrite? I'm really tempted to send them and claim ignorance if anyone asks me what happened (they're going to grandparents and other family).

if it's not too much of a hassle it would be nicer to write them...

Were they already in the (stamped) addressed envelopes when they got wet? If so you can claim you didn't realise/it happened later. If not it'd be obvious they weren't. I'd say it depends on how much effort/time/money it'd take to redo them, and whether or not you can afford that...
