Hi! I haven't posted in a while but I just signed in to give credit where its due! Any time want to make a kokosh cake I search for this recipe. Very easy and it comes out great!

I know it's an old thread but anyone knows at what temperature that kokosh should bake?

the roizy's famous kokosh says 4 ounces yeast.
is that fresh yeast or dry yeast?
