I'm not sure how many of you heard of her, but she is a Jewish singer who put out a cd called heart and soul. my dd really loves it because it's not the typical london girls choir kind of songs. I'm totally ok with her style music but my only problem is the words to her songs. some of them sound to me like it's not the proper Jewish hashkafa. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? is she really right and we should use these words as an inspiration, or is it really not necessarily the right outlook?

I've checked her lyrics. Some are definitely "heavy topics" (http://shaindelantelis.com/page3/page10/page10.html or http://shaindelantelis.com/pag......html ), but I find that she stays positive and gives a good message.

The Jewish Music Review website compared her favorably to "if Hannah Montana went to seminary and discovered what life is really about".
I can see the pop-country flavor they were talking about. So cute!
