For the past month or so, my toddler's been screaming before making a BM. She's not constipated but something really hurts her. She usually says "kaka" meaning her tush hurts but lately been saying it's her tummy. We were referred to a pediatric surgeon who said as an aside that she apparently has umbilical hernia but the two aren't connected.
Is there really no connection? We've done a bunch of tests and we still don't know why she's in pain when making. I was hoping this diagnosis would answer some quesitons
