DD is 18 months and sleeps a consistent 2-3 hours once a day.
her naps used to be fairly early, and then afterwards she would ahve a long awake period before bed.
All the sudden her naps have moved alter in the day and shrank to barely an hour. This isnt enough. She sleeps fine at night
Daily schedule:
7AM +/- wake up when she hears people moving around the house
9-10Am when she used to go down for her 2-3 hr nap
12-1 when she goes down for her 1 hour nap now
7 PM +/- bedtime
Where has all the naptime gone?

sounds still in the normal range. Could be she's outgrowing her nap. Is she cranky?

shes also having trouble sleeping at night. Today she woke up after 1.25 hrs and fell back asleep fairly easily for another hour. Definitely her schedule is in flux

My twins are 15 months and recently one of them has been a horrible napper.
She hates taking an afternoon nap, even though, IMHO, she really needs it!
She also keeps the other twin up, which is really getting annoying.

Isn't enough for her or isn't enough for you? LOL! I was also upset when those long naps disappeared but it happens. It may be teething or a growth spurt and a temporary thing, or she may just be done with those long naps. As long as she isn't a grouch all day because of it, don't worry. Different children need different amounts of sleep.

This just happened to us too!
But I would like to say that you are very fortunate. My 18 month old just cut her one and only nap of the day to an hour! She dropped her second nap before her 1st birthday.
Mine is also having trouble falling asleep at night and just seems less tired lately. I hope it is teeth since she only has 6 and a few more would definitely be useful. She doesn't seem tired until after 8 and before now she would fall asleep in minutes at 7.
