look at the kosher restaurant database on shamash.org
many are under the OK or LOR.

A bunch on 34th street are O-K, I forget what the stores are called though.
There's a bagel store right near Beth Israel hospital (1st av in the teens) not sure which hashgochas but I think it has several.
But I echo PP - why? OU is one of the most solid hashgochas for restaurants you can get.

please just be wary - there are a lot of restaurants on shamash that don't have good hechserim - they put them all. go to ozny.org for a reliable list.
