Any recommendations & what's the story with dunkin donuts and national kosher supervision, is it a decent hechsher?

Thanks

There is a dunkin donuts/baskin robbins that has a good hechsher, as far as I remember, on 34th street. I even once met the mashgiach. I think it's between Madison and 5th, but it could be between Park and Madison.

The one on 34th has supervision, to my understanding it is *NOT* cholov yisroel, and it stays open on shabbos. Check shamash.org kosher database for specific details and address, phone, etc.

There are plenty of milchig restaurants in nyc, but area do you want?

If you're looking for a "heimish" place like the donutman in boropark, you won't find that in manhattan.

On 34th cholov yisroel you have tiberias - open 24hrs, $$$$$,
In empire state bldng is rosa's pizza,
Across the st on 33rd is circa
On broadway is j2 pizza
On 45th is milk and honey
Etc etc etc

Really shamsh.org's database is pretty exhaustive.

Also many yidden in NY (including myself) will drink plain coffee or hot water from starbucks. Obviously you need to check the hechsher on tea, soymilk, and sweetners.
