What kind of Yiddish speaking audience will watch this movie? Doesn't seem too kosher for the general chareidi public to see it and for Rabbonim to allow it.

Oh nah it's just on their web site, they didnt say the nam eon the radio. was wondering why there wasnt an influx of non frum/jewish women trying to get through the questionnaire Very Happy

there is a whole world of secular yiddishists. Plus lots of elderly yiddish speakers. there was a huge yiddish theater and literature 50 years ago, none of it frum. They are all a bit depressed that the only people left speaking yiddish nowadays will not go near such books.

It looks very badly done and just... off. Must be laughable.
