hi,
we are thinking of moving to toronto for a job opportunity. I grew up in toronto as a child and think that I would like to settle in the down south area. does anyone know know about the cost of housing?
buying?
rentals?

Toronto real estate can be summed up in one word: EXPENSIVE!!
Houses-500k and up for a bungalow
apt rentals-$1200 and up for a 3 bedroom
