We enjoy a few beans every shabbos but then I stay over with a container of prepared chick peas. What can I make with it? I once tried a spaghetti chickpeas side dish. Any other ideas what I can do with it?

I make a chickpea salad for DH's lunch - some peppers, cukes, the chickpeas, parsley, oil, salt and pepper. It's very filling. I sometimes add some leftover chicken as well.

Chickpea soup: some sauteed onions, carrots, onion soup mix, chopped tomatoes/stewed tomatoes, a splash of lemon juice, and ...chickpeas. Got this off the Osem box years ago.

Throw them into a vegetable soup
Blend them with lemon juice, olive oil and garlic (and tahini, if you've got) to make hummus
Add to chicken curry as a protein-rich filler

I have several main dish recipes here, meat and dairy, with some chickpeas mixed in. And some pasta salads too.

I'm trying to figure out my 9 day recipe menu. Has anyone ever made pareve meatballs with chickpeas? See link. Would kids like them?

I wouldn't count on kids liking it. Baked chickpea balls have a very different consistency and texture than meatballs do.
