Who here suggested a Hat Cake from Flatbush? I actually saw it on Shabos and it was GORGEOUS !!!!!!!!!!!

It was a fluffy white cake. It was good but not terrific.

I go for something dense, rich, and chocolately myself......gosh, my mouth is watering at the thought!

I don't know about the Flatbush hat cake, but in Wmsbg. there is a woman by the name of Gitty Hollander who bakes for simchas and her cakes are absolutely astounding in taste and look.
She bakes a hat cake that is layered in scrumptious caramel creams and some other glutonous stuff that is absolutely mouth-watering. The cake looks absolutely gorgeous! I recently bought it for two occasions and attached a card that said, "Hats off to the greatest......"

She makes them in milchig also; tastes heavenly. she also makes them in mini, yum...
