I've been to running springs for several shabbasim, not for pesach though.
it has cabin-like accomadations as well as fancier rooms with nice linen, be clear on what type of room you're getting because there's a big range. it's one of the least expensive programs out there, very outdoorsy, the food was ok and got a little better each time we went, generous portions, better to go w/ some families you know.
as far as I know it's totally booked. good luck!
