What kind of cellphone would you recommend for a 15 year old. We don't want internet on it, but my daugher wants a camera and music on it, ability to send sms etc?
We live in Israel.

you are best off going to a store and seeing what they have, and what sort of plans and deals they have. If she wants music she needs some sort of mp3 player on it.
