I've never heard of that cut. What does it look like? Is it in pieces? Do you want it to be soft?

It seems to be a fatty meat, like short ribs.
They would probably be best grilled, maybe as kebabs.

But if you want them very soft, and don't mind the extra fat, just bake them in a sauce, tightly covered at 350 for about 2 hours.

I made it once with a sweet red sauce from the store, covered it and baked it, don't recal how long for, probably at 350 degrees. it was soft and delicious.

you can also add onions and peppers, maybe tomatoes to bake together.

I think you can use any meat sauce, sweet, bbq, whatever.

I usually put it in my chulent, but it is quite fatty. I've also cut it in half and grilled it with salt. I've also cooked it on the stove (no oven right now) with a tomato sauce base.

I sauted onion and garlic. Browned meat. Added salt, garlic powder, onion powder and red paprika. Some water. And then added cubed potatoes. It became a yummy goulash.

LOL , I always wondered what they were. Not like I really know what that is embarrassed Rolling Eyes . My dh only brings home meat with bones if I request it because they ususally don't sell with it because they're not allowed to export it or Israel is not allowed to import it. Not sure which.
