We like A and B and we need about 6 rolls; I'm just wondering if it's going to be $9 a roll ....

Anyone - what are you using, and what's the price ?

The Kollel Store has the A&B gefilte loaves on sale for $4.49 this week (through Tues)

Schindlers is great quality and only 3.99 a roll. Once you boil it up with sugar and spices you don't taste a difference in quality.

I paid 5.99 for a&b - I should have waited to buy. I like Moishe's too. I forgot I bought it last year.

Shop Rite has A&B on sale. With a coupon, it's 4.99 or 5.99 (forgot which). I only use A&B. I once bought a cheaper brand, and dh was annoyed. He said (and he is right) you don't go cheap on Shabbos. The money comes back if you buy L'kavod Shabbos, and good fish for Shabbos is important.

I started using Zevi's and it's amazing. I was strictly A&B, and now I cant eat any besides Zevi's. Sweet, firm... delicious. I pay between 4 and 5 dollars a roll. The co-op will for sure be cheaper than local groceries...

We only eat AB salmon gefilte. I just bought directly from the manufacturer for $7 a roll.

I'm not sure how much it costs, bec I buy 3 or 4 at a time.
You can get 1/2 lb, 1 lb, or 1&1/2 lb.
Grocery store fish does not compare to fish store fish!

A & B is about $12 here year round so while I'm looking for a store that will be carrying their Pesach roll, I'm not thrilled to anticipate the price.

I assume she is referring to the Coop in Lakewood AKA NPGS.
