grate kohlrabi and carrots. season with sugar salt lemon juice and mayo.
this is like cole slaw. my husband loved it.

Last week, I made a kumquat/cabbage slaw that was delicious! Just cabbage and kumquats with a vinegar/oil/sugar/salt kind of dressing.

Forgot the best part.. sprinkle with crushed candied nuts ( I make my own for pesach)

we use only peeled veg.
beet salad
carrot pineapple salad
avacodo tom. salad
cucumber salad
egg salad with avocado
pot. salad with home made mayo
jicoma avocodo salad
potato beet carrot salad
eggplant zuccini tom. salad
israeli salad
cooked carrot salad/tzimmes
apple pineapple nut salad
fruit salad
all dressed with lemon and/or sugar and/or salt and/or olive oil and/or orange juice
