No, but the whole website has changed and that is causing issues. If you were to decide to order your gifts now, you would be getting error messages.

Me too. I try to login, get taken to the "please update your profile" page, I update all the info and get an error page. Did not try on a desktop nor did I email them...

I've been able to enter codes via the app, so that still seems to be working.

Would you mind posting back here if you do hear from them?
