my husband has been requesting chicken/turkey wraps for work (with a dressing/spread) but he leaves very early in the morning & my nights are crazy right now. Is it okay if I make the wraps ahead of time a full 24 hours in advance or will it be mushy, hard...?
The way to make them so the wraps don't get mushy, is to line the wraps with dry lettuce leaves, and then layer the chicken, vegetables, and dressing.
Just don't let the other stuff touch the wraps.
