My kids really dont like chicken things but I would like to make it today. Any good recipe? I would prefer to bake it then doing it on the stovetop

Breaded.
Coat w/ a mixture of ketchup and mayo. Cover w/ cornflake crumbs.

jamie geller has a yummy recipie for onion chicken:
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
3 onions
mix in bowl
...
put a 1/4 mixture on bottom, chicken on top
mix 2 tablespoons onion soup mix, 1 tablespoon paprika 1 teaspoon pepper shmear on chicken, drizzle little oil
scatter rest of onions on top.
bake covered 375 for hour, then uncovered on 350 till ready

my kids love chicken and couscous I take a bag of osem couscous1-2bags depending but for each bag 2.5c water and some onion soup mix lay chicken quarters on top with skin spice it with fav spices seal and bake at 350 or if they like a hint of sweetness I sometimes place a spoon of ducksauce on top of each leg after spicing it both ways are always eaten here

Its not a big deal to sign up - its free. Just sign up, there are lots of recipes to look at on that site.
