Oh my! I've been through this - it's almost impossible! The only between Flatbush and Boro Park that I found, I tried and was extremely unhappy. Maybe Ezra Medical Center has someone good, but when I was looking (1.5 years ago), they didn't have anyone decent. So I paid out of pocket - until I was told that if I do the work necessary between all my kids, it would be more than $2,000. I found Dr. Jonathan Altmark in Long Island. I am extremely happy with him. It's a big shlep though - 1.5-2 hours of travel each way. But I don't regret it. It's still cheaper to do this every once in a while than shell out all that $.
