I'm doing it. I basically have 5 lbs to go (lost 11 lbs).
I like it alot but you do have to be careful about the free fruit. Don't go overboard. The weeks I stocked up on canteloupe, honeydew, strawberries, grapes and pineapple , I didnt do as well.

I'm doing it too and I ate practically a whole watermelon for most people the free fruit isn't a problem. But it's true you can't just eat 100's of calories in fruit and still lose. They do measure in what normal people would eat into the figuring.
I like it alot... I can't say whether I lost I will tell you next week

I do it but I have to be really good and stick to it then I lose weight. some people in the group lose 1 kg a wk. its also very important to drink water a lot.

I eat tons of fruit like half a watermelon in two days plus a few cups of cherries and several nectarines etc. I am working out almost every day though so perhaps that's why I can eat so much fruit and still lose. I guess we will see if I lose this week.
My first week I lost 5 pounds and my second week one pound but I ate out almost every night so it's a big deal to lose one pound.
I wonder how much fruit is too much. I suppose munching on broccoli is better than munching on watermelon....
but the fruit is soooooooooooooo yummmy!!!!
