My 2 year old bit my baby. He was in his exersaucer and I turned my back for 20 seconds. Anyway, aside from feeling guilty that I wasn't watching more carefully, is there anything I should do. It doesn't look like any skin is broken but his whole forearm is red, and where the teeth were is even deeper red

If the skin wasn't broken the baby should be ok.

Put margarine or butter, the marks should disappear.

Ice it if you can. If the skin wasn't broken, he'll be fine. Unfortunately, I have too much experience in it.
(I would not put butter or margarine on it at all. If the skin is broken at all, it will make a mess. And if it's not broken, then it will just make the baby greasy).
