Would you use a service that was movers, cleaners and painters? Meaning, if you had to do all of those things for the apartment that you are moving out of, would you want to use one umbrella company more than three different companies? Just wondering.....

I like to have a one stop shop, BUT it really depends if they're ALL good. Would one have the option of not using one or another?

I guess it's kind of like getting discounts on insurance if you get home, drivers, etc. from the same place.
We just worked on helping elderly family moved and dealt with totally movers, separate painters, haulers, cleaners, and haulers (in that order). I don't even know of a one stop shop in that city. Interesting proposition. I wonder how much cheaper it would be; could be you'd have an extra expense from dealing with a contracter.

Yes.
I know real estate agents who do that - I.e. they help clear out and fix up a place in preparation for renting/selling. For example if the owner of the house passed away and their children don't want to deal with every item themselves.
