White wine with chicken???

need ideas!!!
I have a bottle of white wine that I want to use with chicken.
Please post recipes for chicken with WHITE wine that can be made on the stove - ONLY!!

First I sautee one chopped onion, then I add the pieces of chicken and fry them a little, then I *** some white wine, let it reduce, add some salt, once I put paprika, just a little, and let it simmer. add water if necessary and cook until the chicken is soft and cooked. That`s my DH`s favourite chicken!!! enjoy!

about how much wine? and is it okay to use chicken on the bone??
Just my first time cooking with wine....never did this before!

it depends on the amount of chichen/size of the pan. I start with 1 cup. I`ve used tights/legs on the bone and it`s delicious!
