If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it. I just had a baby a few days ago (my 3rd) and I'm a horrible horrible faster. I get extremely dizzy, nauseous, throw up and feel like I'm going to faint and as the day goes on I can barely lift a siddur to daven I'm so weak. Oh, and I'm nursing. Long story short, I need someone to come watch my kids from mincha time until the end of the fast and I have no idea how to find someone for just that time. My DH prefers someone jewish (no idea who would come on Yom Kippur) and I don't know where to go to find anyone. Has anyone ever been in this situation or knows where I can find a babysitter? I'm inn Flatbush if that helps. Thanks

Maybe advertise in your local papers.
Mazal tov! And check with your Rav if you need to fast.

If you are in the house for an emergency, why don't you look for an 11-year old girl. Many have had enough of shul by then and would be happy to have a mitzva to do. She can keep your kids occupied.

maybe your husband should come home for that time if you can't find anyone. Your fasting takes priiority over him being in shul.
