Mushroom Sauce
1 medium onion, diced
3 Tbsp oil
1 small can mushrooms
2 1/2 Tbsp flour
1 cup chicken soup broth
salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion in oil over medium high heat until soft. Add mushrooms and saute an additional 5 minutes.
Sift in flour slowly, while pouring in broth. Continue to cook and stir another few minutes, until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

I don't know it it's too late, but here's my recipe:
saute 5 mushrooms and 1 onion
add 2 cups chicken broth (if you don't have, use water and seasoning) bring to a boil
make a paste of 2 tb flour and 2 tb oil
add and stir til thick

this is my easy fast recipe
quarter cup oil

add about a cup and a bit of water
bring to a boil stirring occasionally
if its too floury add some more soup mix
I alwayys get compliments on this and it makes me laugh:)

If you're in Israel, we have little packets that say on them mushroom sauce. You pour the powder into a pot, add water and bring to a boil add a can of mushrooms. And you're done!
