Trying to put together a dairy simcha for 100 people. Menu will be bagels with spreads, quiches, salad and desserts. Anyone know how much lox and/or sliced cheese I'd need if I wanted to serve that too?

for 100 ppl u will need about 4 -16" platters of lox & about 3 -16 " platters of cheese, good luck w/ the party. enjoy.

I once asked a caterer friend how much lox & other fish to figure per person for a bris and she told me 1/8 lb. per person.
