My 2 yr old ds big toe is infected. I called the doctor-he said just soak it in warm water and bring him in tomorrow.
Is there anything else I could do to get rid of the infection? I tried putting on neosporin (or something like that!). It didnt help!!

What the Dr said is about all you can do. Is there a head to the infection that you can pop and drain with a sterilized needle? If so, soak it in hot water for 15 minutes and lance it with the needle and squeeze it to get the pus out. Put anti-bacterial cream on it and cover it. See the MD for antibiotics.
