Artichoke Mashed Potatoes

2 lbs potatoes,
tsp salt
fat, if using
cup milk or soymilk
pepper to taste

You peel, and cook your potatoes with the above ingredients in some water until soft. Drain and mash.

Add a drained can of artichoke hearts; chop first.
