Dried tomatoes
salt
garlic
fresh thy, chives and basil; I used dried Italian seasoning
olive oil
lb tomatoes; any kind, cut into quarters
Preheat your oven to 250.
If using fresh herbs, heat with a quarter cup olive oil, a quarter tsp salt, 5 cloves garlic, and 1/2 to 1 tsp each of the chopped fresh herbs. Cook for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
Oil small roasting pan and layer your tomatoes with your spices and herbs. If using dried herbs, just sprinkle the cut tomatoes generously with your dried herbs.
Bake uncovered for about 3 hours; when done, keep in fridge.
