I got it, it's great. I am going to do it with a group of girls....I was worried they would look wierd, but it's done very well. Black leggings under a short flary skirt. 20 minutes of zumba, kickboxing, pilates and bootcamp.
Fast, "tech" type of dance music to Jewish tunes. High quality. Got it from
Mostly Music.

zumba does have non jewish music. waka waka by shakira.and indian music and something else I don't know the name of. but it is a good work out that is a lot of fun
the pilates is a really good work out, I didn't do any others yet.

I didn't do the Zumba- I'm sure it's great as far as zumba goes, but it's not for me. I did kickboxing.
