Any recipe for easy, simple grilled cutlets? Basic ingredients only, please. Something I can put together, marinate if I need to, and grill in a grill pan. I hope I'm not asking for too much!

My easy to go basic recipe is olive oil, a bit of chicken soup mix, garlic, salt and pepper.

My basics are either fresh lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and thyme, or, even easier, schwarma seasoning and olive oil. Marinate at least an hour. Overnight is even better.

Marinate for 30 min in olive oil, basil and salt and then broil, grill or bake. It's s really good. Even the kids like it. Or you can add fresh/frozen crushed garlic and soy sauce to that mixture... Also really good

Marinate in olive oil, salt, pepper, a bit of garlic powder, lemon juice, and water. Grill. This is our favorite recipe, we never have leftovers!
