Maple Sweet Potatoes
I think it's from Clean Eating

raw sweet potatoes
olive oil
maple syrup or pancake syrup

Wash and cut your potatoes into large chunks. Arrange in sprayed baking pan. Drizzle with oil and maple syrup and bake about half an hour at 450 deg.
