my dh is a chicken wings lover. he likes it just broiled well done on both sides. he claims it's best when nothing is added.

Cut wings at joint. Mix about 1/3 C sugar-free jelly (apricot, strawberry, peach) with 1-2 tsp mustard to taste. Spread it on the wings, pour a bit of liquid (apple juice, wine, water) into the pan and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Yum!!

Sweet & Sour Chicken Wings ( a family favourite)
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/3 cup ketchup
shake ginger (optional)
Baste over wings then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake 3/4 hour at 350 then baste with sauce and bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes.
