Dh has been asking me to make a certain chicken recipe from Spice and Spirit, but he doesn't remember how to do it. Can anyone pretty please look up the recipe for me? TIA!
You smear the chicken with mayonnaise mixed with spices - That is the only part he remembers.

Breaded Baked Chicken I
1 chicken, quartered
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup breadcrumbs, cornflake crumbs, or matza meal
Combine salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika with mayo. Smear over both sides of chicken, the dip in crumbs.
Place skin side up in lightly greased 9x9" baking pan.
Bake covered in oven preheated to 350 for 45 min. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 min.
